Internal Sales Coordinator

<p>Futures Recruitment are looking to appoint a highly organised and commercially aware Internal Sales Coordinator to support our clients sales function by managing inbound enquiries and producing accurate, timely quotations. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to conversion, while supporting the wider sales team in driving revenue.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as the first point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries (phone, email, web)</li><li>Qualify incoming leads and allocate or respond accordingly</li><li>Prepare and issue accurate quotations in line with client requirements and pricing structures</li><li>Follow up on quotations to maximise conversion rates</li><li>Maintain and update CRM systems with all customer interactions and pipeline activity</li><li>Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order processing</li><li>Support Account Managers and Business Development teams with administrative sales tasks</li><li>Monitor enquiry and quote turnaround times, ensuring SLAs are consistently met</li><li>Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate</li></ul> <p>Key Skills &amp; Experience</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a sales support, internal sales, or customer service role</li><li>Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing quotations</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively</li><li>Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to converting opportunities</li><li>Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li></ul> <p>Personal Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner</li><li>Highly organised and process-driven</li><li>Able to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> <p>&nbsp;Click apply now for more information</p>
