They are looking for a motivated <strong>Internal Sales Executive</strong> to join their supportive and successful team.</p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lucrative bonus scheme</strong></li><li>25 day holiday &#43; bank holidays &#43; purchase additional holiday</li><li><strong>Fantastic career progression opportunities</strong></li><li>Private medical</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Enhanced pension</li></ul> <p><strong>What You Will Be Doing: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Identifying and connecting with potential new clients across various industries.</li><li>Developing new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers.</li><li>Understanding the specific needs of clients to offer effective engineering solutions.</li><li>Creating and implementing strategies to generate new leads.</li><li>Scheduling appointments for the field-based sales engineering team.</li><li>Working towards and achieving realistic revenue targets.</li></ul> <p><strong>Who They’re Looking For: </strong></p> <ul> <li>At least one year of experience in a B2B (business-to-business) sales role.</li><li>Experience within an engineering or technical environment would be an advantage but is not essential.</li><li>A genuine interest in learning about facility engineering solutions.</li><li>The ability to analyse market information and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.</li><li>A collaborative team player who is focused on providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</li><li>A valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.</li></ul> <p>Please note that due to the nature of this role, candidates must be UK residents living within a commutable distance of Bradford.
