<p>Start ASAP | Temporary (Minimum 6 Weeks, Potential up to 4 Months) <br />Hours: 8:00-16:00, Monday to Friday<br />A primary school in the Bradford/Bingley area is seeking a reliable and experienced School Caretaker to provide essential site support during a period of long-term sickness cover. This role is to start immediately and will run for at least 6 weeks, with the strong possibility of extending up to 4 months depending on the needs of the school.<br />?? About the RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong practical skills and a proactive approach to keeping a school running smoothly.<br />Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Opening the school each day alongside another member of staff</li><li>Carrying out general maintenance and basic repairs</li><li>Ensuring compliance checks are completed and recorded</li><li>Supporting the smooth running of the school site as needed</li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Relevant experience as a caretaker, site supervisor, or maintenance professional</li><li>Experience within a school setting is desirable but not essential.</li><li>Strong practical skills and a good understanding of health &amp; safety</li><li>Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, if you do not have one, you must be willing to apply</li></ul> <p>??
