Bradford Children’s Services is seeking skilled professionals to join their&nbsp;Duty &amp; Assessment Team – where your expertise will help safeguard and improve the lives of children and families across the district.&nbsp;The nature of work within&nbsp;the&nbsp;Duty Service is fast-paced and varied.<br /><br /><strong>Key responsibilities</strong><br /><ul> <li>Completing timely and robust assessments under the Single Assessment Framework</li><li>Managing a caseload with varying levels of complexity</li><li>Engaging with children, families and partner agencies to identify needs and ensure safety</li><li>Making clear and effective decisions on intervention and next steps</li><li>Preparing and presenting reports for ICPCs, CLA Reviews, PLO meetings and CIN meetings</li></ul> <strong>Case transfer points</strong><br /><ul> <li>Initial Child Protection Case Conference (ICPC)</li><li>First Child Looked After (CLA) Review</li><li>First Public Law Outline (PLO) Meeting</li><li>Third Child in Need (CIN) Meeting</li></ul> The Duty Service does not hold cases long-term.
