You'll also deal with <strong>ventilation</strong> and <strong>BMS controls</strong> where needed.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Planned and reactive <strong>servicing/maintenance</strong> on commercial gas and oil appliances and plant</li><li><strong>Fault-finding and repairs</strong> across gas, oil, ventilation and BMS</li><li>Responding to breakdowns and getting systems back online quickly and safely</li><li><strong>Small mechanical repairs</strong> (pumps, valves, pipework, ancillary kit)</li><li>Installing/commissioning/testing systems when required</li><li>Completing compliance checks and keeping work <strong>safe and compliant</strong></li><li>Writing up jobs clearly and liaising professionally with clients/sites</li></ul> <p><strong>What you need</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Proven commercial gas experience</strong> in building services / FM</li><li><strong>ACS Commercial Gas (essential)</strong></li><li><strong>Ventilation experience</strong></li><li>Confidence fault-finding <strong>BMS/controls</strong></li><li>Solid mechanical skills in plant rooms</li><li>Able to work independently and manage your day</li><li><strong>UK driving licence preferred</strong></li><li><strong><strong>OFTEC preferred (not essential)</strong></strong> <p>Whats next?</p> Please apply and we’ll be in direct contact</li></ul>
