The firm promotes flexible working and can offer great career prospects.</p> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> <p>The Personal Injury Solicitor will be:</p> <p><br /></p> <p>* Managing a caseload of litigated defendant EL and PL claims from inception through to trial</p> <p>* Handling complex multi track matters valued up to £350,000</p> <p>* Acting on behalf of large retail and corporate clients</p> <p>* Preparing cases for trial, including witness statements, disclosure and instructions to counsel</p> <p>* Advising clients on litigation strategy, liability and quantum</p> <p>* Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions where appropriate</p> <p>* Ensuring compliance with the DCP and relevant procedural rules</p> <p>* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required</p> <p>* Building and maintaining strong client relationships</p> <ul> <li>* Working collaboratively within a busy and high performing litigation team</li></ul> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <p>The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:</p> <p><br /></p> <p>* A solicitor or equivalent with ideally 5+ years PQE in defendant personal injury litigation</p> <p>* Experienced in handling litigated EL and PL claims on the multi track</p> <p>* Confident managing claims valued up to £350,000 through to trial</p> <p>* Fully conversant with the DCP and Civil Procedure Rules</p> <p>* Commercially aware with strong client management skills</p> <p>* Organised and capable of managing a busy caseload effectively</p> <p>* A confident communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills</p> <ul> <li>* Able to work from Bradford</li></ul> <p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary range of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.</li><li>25 days of holiday leave,</li><li>Participation in a pension scheme.</li><li>Performance-based bonus opportunities.</li><li>Hybrid working arrangements</li><li>Private medical insurance for peace of mind.</li></ul>
