Refrigeration Engineer
<p>The Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment within the FMCG industry. Based in Bradford, this permanent role requires a hands-on approach and a focus on maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.</p> <p><strong>Client Details</strong></p> <p>This opportunity is working for a poultry processing business that focuses on delivering high-quality products to its customers.</p> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> <p>Duties will include however not be limited to;</p> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Performing routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery - blast freezers and air conditioning maintenance</li><li>Carrying out reactive and planned refrigeration maintenance</li><li>Diagnosing faults and identifying non repairable issues</li><li>Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards during all maintenance activities.</li><li>Collaborating with the production team to schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks.</li><li>Recommending replacements and repair solutions where required</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.</li><li>Ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently</li></ul> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will have;</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance</li><li>Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills</li><li>Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills</li><li>F-Gas certification - desirable</li></ul> <p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p> <p>Working hours are Monday to Friday - 6am - 5pm</p> <p>Annual salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000</p> <p>Access to a free canteen on-site.</p> <p>Free onsite parking</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>
