NCP Bradford Southgate

I have been using NCP car park for the last 25 years and have seen many workers come and go, but one worker in particular, Haydar, has truly stood out. Every day I see him, he greets me with a smile and treats me with the highest level of respect. I am genuinely grateful for his positive attitude and the way he represents the company. The car park itself has improved massively in recent times, and any issues I’ve had have always been resolved by Haydar . I purchased a season ticket yesterday with Haydar’s help, and despite having two sessions open, he went out of his way today to assist me and make sure I felt comfortable and supported. Brilliant work from NCP, and especially from Haydar — he is truly a credit to the company.

Great car park close to Alhambra Theatre and Bradford Live! The guys who work here are super friendly and helpful, especially Haydar! He goes above and beyond and is great to chat to! The car park is safe and secure and has improved alot over the last year

We have parked here for a 3 night stay and have been pleasantly surprised by the support and reassurance offered by NCP staff. A big shout out to Afkhar who was busy keeping traffic moving, pedestrians safe and with a good word for everyone passing by. His presence also made the car park feel safe. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience thanks to Haydar, who went above and beyond in carrying out his job with true professionalism. It was extremely busy due to Bradford Live, and when I asked him for assistance, he helped me immediately without any hesitation.
