The Broadway Car Park

On several occasions, I have been stuck in queues of traffic to exit this car park. Last time, it took us 30 minutes to get out of the car park and it was a bit of a free for all with other annoyed drivers all honking at each other and pushing in front of each other by cutting across parking spaces, going the wrong way up one way lanes and tailgating drivers in front of them which had kindly let out. People don’t seem to understand how to do one at a time so everyone moves quicker. It was wild. Perhaps the shopping centre should use their security guards to help direct traffic when the car park is grid locked like this.

No enforcement – electric and disabled bays constantly abused Extremely disappointing. There is zero enforcement of parking rules here. Non-electric cars frequently park in EV charging bays, blocking access for those who actually need to charge. Disabled bays are also misused with no visible monitoring or action taken. This defeats the whole point of having designated spaces and creates unnecessary stress for drivers who rely on them. Won’t be using this car park again until proper enforcement is in place

Found it a bit tricky to find my way out of BUT that's just me. Parking spaces of adequate size for normal sized cars. Well lit, clean and cameras in evidence. Competitive tariffs.

I always use this car park when in Bradford, very easy to access from Leeds, Manchester and Wakefield roads. It is very clean and spacious and the charges are extremely competitive. I also feel safe here when I'm on my own.

Minus 10 stars would be a good option! Awful, the sound from the slabbed surface as you're driving is awful. Whoever designed this place wants suing! And no option to pay cash to park. Not everyone has mobile banking or knows how to use their bank card. Not a place for the elderly, that's for sure!
