Avoid Certax Accounting Bradford if you value professionalism or basic competence. My experience with Arslan and Farhan was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Communication was shockingly poor — calls and messages ignored unless chased repeatedly, and even then the responses were unclear and unhelpful. The service felt careless and disorganised, as if clients are an inconvenience rather than a priority. I was left confused, stressed, and with little confidence that anything was being handled properly. For an accounting firm, the lack of attention to detail and customer care is unacceptable. Plenty of promises, very little delivery. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable or professional accounting support.
