Barclays Bank

Went in today to close and existing bank account, Paul couldn't have been more helpful. He even gave advice on how to get my finances in order. If you want excellent customer service with a side order of charm Paul's your man. 😁

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience at Barclays Bank thanks to Jackie and Ali. They were both incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in getting my bank statement sorted quickly and efficiently. Jackie was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly, while Ali made sure the process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. It’s rare to meet staff who are so professional and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you both for your excellent service — you’re a credit to Barclays.

Went in to draw out a thousand pounds .A lovely assistant said I could draw the amount from the indoor cash machine tried and it wouldn’t pay me so I asked for assistance and was asked to speak to one of the other staff members.I showed them my bank card and my driving license then I was told the bank was happy to pay for whatever I needed the money for at this point I was loosing patience but didn’t blame the bank staff as they were obviously under instructions about how they should proceed.Then I was asked to speak to another bank employee who was on the phone inside the bank and after being grilled about what I wanted that amount for after refusing the bank this information I was told I would not be able to draw the thousand pounds that day.

I have been in twice now with a problem I had with the ATM outside, an amazing woman called Jackie has helped me both times with excellent customer service and solved my problems instantly, she had a lovely personality and was always smiling😊 thankyou again. I am with monzo but will now be switching to Barclays because of Jackie.
