One of the worst banking service. On my bank app it shows me negative balance, I called them and they don’t take it serous and said is there any other thing we can help with. They can’t take my query seriously and cut off the phone. Very rude behaviour
The app always messes up first it glitches a few months ago putting me -479.00 and now it's locked me out was fine yesterday DO NOT USE THIS BANK
One of the ladies on the desk is very rude breath smells of cigarettes half the time and when I wanted to get served one minute and ended up taking 5 mins because she was having a cig
3 times I was sent down to the bank for a 20 minute job, the staff are rude and unhelpful. However, my 5 star rating is only for the staff member Owais, he was very helpful and respectful and got the job done less than 10 minutes.
Terrible service, the staff are clueless. Been down twice to sort an account but they keep you waiting and then when the manager comes out he is totally useless
