The counter closes at 3pm How do they expect working class people to be able to withdraw a large amount of money out. You can only get 250 from the machine. Do we have to book snnual leave to get to the bank! Staff was abrupt when asking as to why the counter closes early. I'm shocked at the rudeness of the call handler customer service.. in person ID verification is not allowed in branch for business accounts so referred to call where I'm told security answers not passed so no further way to verify my account. He then refused to discuss it, call a manager and unceremoniously told me he was hanging up

Not sure why it calls itself a bank. A staff member on the door doing his best to discourage people entering. There was no counter service and apparently a long list of people waiting for help. I was told Monday is a very busy day. I tried using the machine to pay in a cheque. It wasn't working, l was offered help to scan on my phone, help didn't materialise so made several attempts which failed. I was then told that the Internet is very poor because of the location. Get a booster or don't locate where there is a poor signal. Today l went into the Keighley branch. Little waiting time, efficient, courteous staff. Two transactions quickly dealt with. Won't be going back to the Broadway branch.

I've had a problem getting on line access to an account I opened months ago. I've phoned the call centre two or three times plus went into an alternative branch and each time got no further. Bradford branch was a final attempt before I closed my account. I was seen in minutes by a lovely lady who dealt with the issue so that within no time at all I was sorted, no hassle, and can now use the app and get to my money. Thank you, think she should be promoted to train all of the other staff I've encountered. I shall use this branch only should I need any further assistance.
