Just wanted to share my experience at tsb Bradford as I came to open an account for my daughters first bank account. All the staff are very friendly smiling and well mannered. Junaid helped us open the account but not rushing us and explaining everything so we had an understanding of everything about the account. I don't think I would of understood much if we had to open it ourselves online from home.i could see how passionate he was about his job through him making show we understand everything and was happy walking away with a smile. I don't think most banks have this kind of service anymore as they just tell you to go online yourselves for someone to take there time and give a customer a good understanding of the account is amazing really delighted pleased we walked into tsb highly recommended.10/10 for all the staff especially Junaid thank you really appreciate your customer service honestly.
The absolute best customer service by Naeem who sorted out our switch, communication was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for him. Also the way he dealt with us as clients in a personable way was one of the best customer service experiences ive had for a long time. Deserves recognising.
An account all my life and travel 5 miles in traffic just to pay £20 worth of coins in and told when I get there that “counter services” has closed. If the bank is open until 5, then surely I can achieve this little task? What happens at lunch? Are only certain services open then? Still operating in times of WW2 by the looks of things.
Spent one day with them. Office staff amateurs, disorganised, incompetent, heavily reliant on buck passing call centres who have very limited authority - with good reason, it seems. Glad to get the hell out of there. Don`t risk your time and money
Horrible customer service from the Asian lady with hijab. I had no idea what was wrong with her but from the moment we stepped into the bank she had a horrible attitude, did not want to help. I have been with TSB for around 17 years but haven’t been into a physical branch for a while, don’t think I’ll be returning to the Bradford one anytime soon. Please train your staff appropriately because I’m not sure why they’re behaving in such a manner. Thanks!
