The worst bank that makes you wait forever . Last choice .

This branch is literally the slowest. Since the closing of Yorkshire Bank it's been such an absolute pain to come here. The cashiers are so slow, I appreciate each situation is dependent on what needs doing but wow. A simple cash dispense takes more than 20 minutes. We have our cards, we have the details you need, yet you still cant seem to get the job done. I waited over half an hour to 45 mins to be seen and there were only 2 people in front of me. The time prior to this it took nearly an hour for cash? It's so frustrating having to go to this branch. Each time I go I honestly can not be bothered going back, only because of how long it takes to take cash out. I spoke to someone who was also a customer to virgin and he said he tries not to come here because of the same reason and prefers Shipley.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Both the representative and the branch manager knew nothing about dealing with a deceased persons estate. They wouldn't provide information to me, despite possessing all relevant documents. The worst banking experience I have ever had. Useless.

Been with the Yorkshire Bank for years & l have not had a issue. The staff are always polite & extremely helpful. In fact the staff that know certain customers welcome bend over backwards to help you out.

The staff was not eager to help instead they were looking to get rid of me
