Deja vu barbers

I wasn’t going to say anything initially, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to make others aware. I had booked an appointment for a perm with a stylist named Andrea. Due to work commitments, I needed to reschedule and gave over 72 hours’ notice—plenty of time in advance. Unfortunately, Andrea responded in a very unpleasant and unwelcoming manner, both in conversation and via text. This was surprising, as I had used her services before and she had been lovely at the time. However, this time she crossed a line. Her tone was rude and disrespectful, revealing a completely different side of her personality. I initially let it go, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day—as we all do. A few days later, I even messaged her to check in, wished her well, and apologized from my side (despite not being at fault) in hopes of clearing the air and remaining on good terms. To my surprise, I discovered she had blocked me. I don’t believe this is the kind of experience anyone expects when booking a professional service. Clients deserve to feel welcomed and respected. I also have screenshots of our message exchange that show how unprofessional and unapproachable the service became. Just something to keep in mind when choosing where to go.

Got my curls tightened up by Andrea today and a taper fade done and tidied up my hair a bit. Can't recommend enough, Andrea did such an amazing job and she was so so lovely. Great people, great service and great results. Thanks everyone!

Served me even in the last hour before closing, really needed a cut and he still took the time to give a great cut exactly how I wanted it, will be back for sure

Can’t go wrong, Aymen is a top barber and top man. Always making me feel comfortable while delivering a 5 star haircut. Wouldn’t go to any other barber.
