Recently bought my first car my Acres. Great experience, they were very helpful and accommodating. The car is perfect in really good condition! Was fully valeted, serviced and MOT with 3 month warranty and a year AA cover. My dad asked for the timing belt to be changed which they were happy to do. Had no issues couldn’t be happier with the car and the experience buying. Thank you!

100% recommended. I live in Hampshire and had my car written off whilst it was parked up. I found the exact same car with Acres Car Sales, a 4.5 hour drive away! I spoke to Neil over the phone and he was so helpful. He said he could get the car transported to me for a reasonable price. He sent me several videos of the car via WhatsApp and answered all my questions. The car was delivered to me and it is better than I expected. Neil (acres autos) was fantastic from start to finish I have had negative experiences in the past from automotive sellers masked as ‘traders’ from no forecourts, to viewings on random plots of land and streets, to code readers being used to clear codes during test drives So was a little hesitant when reaching out Neil was courteous, informative and honest throughout - although initially unavailable, he found time arrange a convenient viewing for my daughter at a time that suited us, not him Allowed test drive without time limit , and was comfortable to leave the car with us. This allowed us to feel secure in the experience and gave us an opportunity to check throughly. When discussing issues he was quick to resolve and support. Which is surprising in the current market. Walkthrough videos were comprehensive and thorough, prior to viewing and all questions were answered throughout the buying process. Work carried out prior to handover was validated and documented, even to the pointing leaving us with the changed parts so we had confidence the work was actually carried out His warranties are 3rd party but because we are local, he’s aligned to support locally, so we still maintain that trader/ customer experience and everything he stated he would do was documented in writing My daughter loves the car as do her sons, so here’s hoping the experience with the car is the same as the experience buying it Thanks Neil and acres autos

One of the best experiences I’ve had so far getting a car! As soon as we arrived the car was ready , we were able to check the car out and it was in such perfect condition it looked brand new, we were able to test drive the car independently which felt less stressful as driving a new car can feel a lot of pressure. When buying it it was super easy only took 30 minutes to get everything sorted and drive off

Recently bought a lovely Corsa for our grandson, the car had great service history and is in fantastic condition with low mileage. We were given time to view and test drive the car with no pressure to buy I have bought many cars over the years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had.
