Great service from start to finish. Great bunch of chaps. Got a decent price for my car in PX, I asked to have a viewing on a Mk5 Golf GTI, and was provided with a full in depth video beforehand leaving the hassle of travelling 60 miles to view the car. Answered all of my many questions, lad I dealt with was polite, the sale wasn’t rushed and they assured that the car would be detailed and prepped before I came to view. I had 12 months mot added for piece of mind and was provided with a 3 month warranty. Slight niggle with an issue I had with one headlight which was dealt with as soon as. They offered to replace both so that one didn’t look newer than the other which was really appreciated. Don’t normally write reviews but thought I’d go out of my way based on the experience I had. Cheers lads, the golfs running sweet.
Great set of lads. Just bought me new motor from them. They told me what’s what and what’s not. Drove down 5 hours, lads offered refreshments (water and a toilet). I took my time to look at the car, but they didn’t mind. Took me for a test drive in it to. There was no pushing for a sale, just honest lads. Can’t complain about the car, the viewing or the handling of money. Spot on
Yesterday I arranged with Adam to see a car advertised in auto trader and made an appointment for between 8-10 this morning, bearing in mind he knew I was coming from Manchester. I arrived at 9.30 to the address of the unit as per Google Maps , and called him as I couldn't see a sign for the company. He then told me that he had emailed me last night to inform me the car had been sold. This is not an acceptable way to prevent a wasted journey as it it not guaranteed to be picked up. He then said he had a similar car but it was ' a bit more'. The original car was priced at £900, the other one was £1800... "A bit more"? Try double! Very poor service with zero customer consideration. Avoid.
