I bought a Skoda Octavia from Dudley Hill Car Sales three months ago, and I waited until now to write this review to ensure I was completely happy with everything. I can confidently say I’m thrilled with my purchase and the entire experience, the car was immaculate inside and out and it was handed over with a full service. Faisal, the gentleman who sold me the car, was fantastic—honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to collect me from the station in the car I was interested in, and we went for a test drive. He answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly, and his honesty really helped change my perspective after some past bad experiences with buying second-hand cars. Faisal even worked with me on the price to help fit it closer to my budget, which I appreciated immensely since I really liked the car. Three months in, I haven’t had a single issue with the car, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dudley Hill Car Sales, and if you get the chance to work with Faisal, you’re in great hands! I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Dudley Hill and I'm really pleased with it. I rang ahead and Faisal was very accommodating and arranged a test drive straight away. I purchased the car and they gave the paintwork a good buffing and they also delivered it to my house for me. A great service all round!!

We were looked after very well when we called to see one of their cars. The staff were professional and respectful to us and helped with any questions we had.
