Incredible customer service from the start, I recently visited Greenwood motors to view and finance a car. I was looked after by Adam he was amazing from start to finish. The whole process was easy and stress free. Adam talked me through everything clearly and answered all my questions with genuine patience and professionalism. Purchased an Audi Q5 recently and the process was smooth and no issues whatsoever with the car to date. Staff was very accommodating and took his time to go through everything with us. Car comes with a decent warranty which given the good condition of the car we would not even need it. Well done to the Greenwood team for doing an amazing service.

Really happy with my experience at Greenwood Motors. They were helpful and not pushy at all, which made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. Nice clean indoor showroom. The salesman left us to view the car ourselves, and when we were ready he came to answer any questions. If he didn't know the answer he didn't just blag it, he admitted he didn't know, but would find out, and he did. Made sure we understood everything thoroughly and went though it all in detail. The car I bought was exactly as described, clean, well looked after, and great value. Couldn't have asked for anything more. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable secondhand car in Bradford.
