Bought an Audi Q3 unseen from Jaky Motors and I can only say positive things!! He has been extremely helpful from the start, due to being over 300 miles away I was buying unseen but never felt like anything was being hidden from me. The car arrived promptly after an updated MOT, and arranging transport. Would highly highly recommend to anyone on the market!!
I have requested a call, got a callback, the car was priced right, I told him that I drove from London with a Trade, so he sent me t a very detailed video of his car. I sent him a video of my car and we worked out a deal. I drove all the way from London when I got there, it appeared that there was a problem with my car that I was not aware of but he still worked out a fair deal with me and I drove in my Lexus back to London and the car is great. Trustworthy and I definitely recommend buying pre-owned cars from them. Thanks for making it worth my time driving for about 10 hours to get a car but you guys made it worth it. Cheers!
I saw a BMW 325d on autotrader, called and spoke with Saqib, the owner, and arranged to view the car. Upon viewing the car, I was really pleased with everything being as described. Saqib was not pushy, answered all my questions and allowed me a test drive. He also gave me a very reasonable price to part exchange my car. We agreed everything and I collected the car the next day. Saqib, thank you for being a top guy and in future I'll ring you if I need another car.
Great car but had some electrical issues due to cold weather. Jaky Motors team collected from my home address and corrected everything within 2 days under warranty. Awesome service. Thanks to Ali and team!
