I recently went through the process of trying to buy a used car from Prime Line Motors with Zan, and it turned out to be a bit of a complicated situation. The seller was genuinely helpful and professional from the start. They even agreed to do a viewing on Christmas day, which I truly appreciated. They were responsive, provided all the information I asked for (including service history and photos), and made the viewing and test drive straightforward and pressure-free inspection. The car looked great and performed well on the road during my test drive, which is what initially drew me in and led me to place a deposit. However, after spending more time researching the model and thinking it over, I developed personal concerns about its long-term reliability based on common issues reported by owners and the match of this vehicle to my needs. Those potential reliability questions made me decide it wasn’t the right fit for me. I explained my hesitation to the seller, and they handled it well. There was no pushback and after a few discuscussions they agreed to cancel the deal and refunded my deposit in full right away, with no fees or delays. While the car didn’t end up working out for me due to those reliability worries I had, I have no complaints about how the seller managed everything. They provided good, honest service throughout and stood by their word when I changed my mind. If a different vehicle from them catches your eye and aligns better with your needs, I’d feel comfortable recommending them based on the respectful and straightforward way they treated me. Not the perfect match for me, but a complicated situation resolved fairly and professionally. Thank you, and thank you Zan for all your effort and support. Best of luck in the future.

Brilliant customer service. Friendly and kind. I requested delivery of the car and they were amazing. Delivery was way ahead of schedule which was very helpful for me. Smooth handover. Honestly, my car buying journey could not have been better. Thank you so much guys.

Prime line motors have been top notch. I decided it was time to trade in my old car for a bit of a newer model. Having completed a lot of research I knew exactly which car and model I was looking for. I discovered the Vauxhall Mokka they had one in stock ticked all my boxes. Great car and Zan was lovely too. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership. Thanks

AVOID ! Completely ruined my first experience of owning my first car ! Purchased at citroen C3 and was soo excited to recieve, waited a week for delivery despite paying £150 delivery plus the car cost upfront and being told it would be a couple of days. I had to chase them for an update on delivery ! Recieved the car with an empty tank so naturally filled the car up , on the first day of use the car threw up an gearbox error but cleared itself so didnt think much of it why would I? New driver never owned a car before .The following day I had to take my child to a hospital appointment where the car repeatedly threw its self forward and intermittently flashed gearbox fault had to call the AA whom said it was too dangerous to drive and had to have the car recovered to my address at an additional cost of £150 . Back and forth with the garage ( i say that lightly they were a nightmare to contact ) as I wanted to reject the car under consumer law the garage refused to pay for it towing back to them so another £260 plus full tank of fuel , lost insurance etc i had the car sat on my driveway for over a week not being able to be used with two disabled children , my children were terrified to get back into it all in all lost over £750 will never use this company again! It was a secondhand car but i expected atleast a year not 3 days ! My mother met the car off the trailer and was bullied into getting me to send an email accepting the cost of the car only which i obviously needed to buy a working car or loose more money ! The best bit ? The deathtrap was back up for sale less than a week later . Ruined my first experience of owning a car it was an expensive mistake using this company . AVOID !
