We arrived and was told a lady would be with us in 10-15 minutes and she was on her way so we could view a car we were interested in. We waited 1 hour and still nobody turned up to help us. A real shame, because we was prepared to pay the car out in full. Glad we didn’t after the service we received

Be wary of buying vehicles from here. We were promised reimbursement for car repairs on a Jag we fixed for a customer - it had a major coolant problem on the way home from him purchasing the vehicle. Jack advised to send the invoice for the works to him, and it would be settled. 3 months later, we are out of pocket and the customer is having to fork out for the repairs himself. We have sent multiple invoice reminders, emails and calls - all are now being ignored. Very disappointing service, funny they can reply to all anonymous 5 star reviews . Just the same as every other used car dealer in Bradford.

Just bought a car 2 days ago, had nothing but hassle! Was told this car comes with all service and the car itself has been serviced. Got home checked all paper work only had one service done 2 years ago 😦(well that’s all on the paperwork) car shows service 104 days over due. Asked them if it was services as promised all I got was we have topped up the liquids but unsure on if it had been serviced! I was guaranteed my car was all serviced and ready to go! Felt very unprofessional as the sales person kept leaving the room and then coming back in stating something else I need to pay for! Everything that was discussed on the phone was nothing like what was told in person. They are so slow at responding but when the sale was going through they responded super quick! Awaiting on info about servicing! My Experience so far absolutely shocking! Will update on after care process!

Seemingly good service when I first walked into the showroom. I dealt with the owner who I found to be very professional and easy to talk to. He replaced the damaged front head light before picking up which was a nice touch. EDIT: However, once I had bought the car the owner had promised to send some missing wheel caps out to me. After several phone calls which he never answered he never followed up as promised.

The service we received from start to finish was above and beyond our expectations. Paul was so accommodating, relaxed and friendly. He made buying our buy seamlessly easy. I would highly recommend the car empire. The quality of their stock is reflected in their immaculate showroom and their "can do" attitude. Thank you so much
