Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Bradford City Centre

The branch employee was very informative and clearly explained my options. They understood my requirements well. I only provided a few basic preferences, and they quickly arranged a suitable and reliable car for me. I really appreciate the team for accommodating my requests and being patient while I found the right fit. I know I was a bit particular, but I’m grateful I was given a car that worked well for me and my family for the remainder of my claim. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I really appreciate how helpful and patient the team was throughout the process. One small suggestion would be to confirm key car features (like rear wipers, parking sensors, or boot space) before collection, especially for customers with young children or specific needs. This would save time and ensure the car suits their daily routine from the start. Otherwise, the service and communication were excellent, and I’m very happy with the final vehicle provided.

When I wasn’t happy with the original vehicle, they quickly arranged a much better one with a lovely Mercedes E-Class. They really looked after me and made sure I was satisfied. Last time i had booking for van i booked van for 9 am they given me at 11 pm. They at that time told it’s not our problem that the customer who is going to return the van is late. But the thing is that if you are taking booking you should look into that because the other person is not free to wait there. Do not use this branch. I would give 0 stars if I could. They make up their own rules and argue with their own HQ about credit card rules. Despite checking with HQ about not needing a credit card and that a debit card would suffice. The only thing was they doesn’t have van to give me today. Now they can’t just directly saying but making excuses for credit card. The person at this branch directly refused to budge about needing a credit card despite the T&Cs and HQ stating a debit card will suffice. It’s been two times from this branch when we get harassed. I never recommend anyone to visit this location mill lane Manchester road as they don’t know how to deal. They think customer is just free for them and had no other work.

The customer service from Emma was exceptional. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and she took the time to give a few tips on driving the larger vans. I’d highly recommend.
