Hired a 16 seater and driver from them for a 2 day weekend festival. They were really helpful, on time and great wit the artists who they were picking up. They were super flexible with timings and were with us from 8am to 10pm at night. Great team and great service. Highly recommend.

Pulled out on manchester dangerously made me swerve rainy unprofessional driver could have caused serious injuries to myself and passangers will be passing the dash cam footage to police

The coach turned up in good time, was spotless and comfortable. Our driver was unflappable despite real traffic problems around Headingley, with closed roads and almost standing traffic. He reassured us that he would get us to our destination and he did, returning again in good time to take us home. We had a brilliant evening and would not hesitate to use Falcon Travel again to get us to and from our venue.

Excellent customer service. The driver was very helpful, friendly and polite. I used them for a trip to Southport with some members from a community group I run. Most members were over 75 yrs old and some had mobility problems etc and the driver was very patient. High recommend!!!!
