Excellent customer service, minibus was clean and ready to go. Excellent weekend rates I paid £280 Friday to Monday
Our family MPV broke down last minute, we called all local companies who were closed. No one was able to provide a 7 seater on Christmas Eve. These guys went out of their way to ensure we were able to continue our journey with one of their cars. Great service and friendly staff make you feel like family. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR CHRISTMAS ONE TO REMEMBER!!!
One of the best competitive minibus hire places in Yorkshire. They even do 9 seaters which they upgraded for me on the day without charging extra. It’s good to get recognised and rewarded as a regular local customer. Both brothers are on point with their customer service and manners as well as the rest of the team. Fantastic company. after getting messed about for over an hour at ENTERPRISE Car Rentals. SMR came to our rescue and withing 20 minutes of arriving at their office, i was driving away in a great van. Staff are excellent and vans are great. Easy to book and no fancy hidden costs as at ENTERPRISE. Good value for money and deposit returned within minutes of return. Unlike Enterprise who have not given us our money back yet. Highly recommended for no frills service and pleasant staff who are eager to help. No wonder ENTERPRISE get 1 star and SMR get five. Thank you gentlemen
Amazing 10/10. Rung 7 places to get a van same day but only SMR managed to help. From the first phone call to dropping the van back off there service was amazing. So professional. Will recommend and re use again. Thanks for the all the help SMR.
