I honestly can’t believe how bad this place is. The staff is unbelievably rude—like they’re annoyed you even showed up. I asked a simple question about pricing and got an attitude instead of an answer. And speaking of price… what a joke. For what they charge, you’d think they’d at least try to do a decent job. But no—my car still had dirt spots, streaks on the windows, and somehow looked *worse* than before. I’ve gotten better washes from a gas station drive-thru for half the cost. Save your money and your sanity. This place is absolutely not worth it.
Minaals bold head had collided with my rear view mirror - leaving it broken and leading to additional problems of which my car did not enter with. Adeel on the other hand spat on my wind shield and began laughing hysterically. Minaal openly used urine as a cleaning product and said it was her secret product which lead to a really good clean & finish. My car was left with scratches all over and even dirtier then to begin with. I’m genuinely so appalled. I shared my displeasure and was offered a Dubai chocolate. Funnily enough the Dubai chocolate was riddled with mould. Again - never visiting this car wash ever again.
Absolutely shocking behaviour by there staff , 0 customer service skills , how to treat there customers is shocking. The owner of the car wash is a joker , shame on them for behaving like this to your customers , never going here again
Advertised as £5 for wash and the guy charged me £7. I woudn't mind paying the extra £2 but the car was still dirty when I got home. AVOID this car wash there are much better alternatives
A very grubby Skoda superb estate. Mini valet and full wash £10, took 10 mins, looked brilliant after. Defo coming back.
