Ocean Hand Car Wash

I’m a regular customer but during the Christmas period that i visited my car was jet washed and then i was told to move my car to the side ok…..waited then waited a bit longer then 2 other cars were washed and dried that were behind me first then they rushed mine to finish. It was a ok wash but upon inspection at home dirt was still visible under the door cills and lower rear bumper, i wasn’t given an air freshener at the end either. I know it was very busy when i last visited but just feel everything was rushed and not properly done.

Excellent car wash and mini valet done for £15. Worth every penny. Fabulous job done car looked like we'd picked it up from the showroom. Staff are very pleasant. Would definitely recommend

I visited Ocean Hand Car Wash for a quick wash and dry—nothing major, just to remove some dust. At the start, I specifically told them not to use the pressure washer on the wheel arches or the sills because my car is electric and doesn’t need cleaning in those areas. Of course, they ignored my request completely. They were in a hurry the entire time, rushing through the job. On the driver’s side door, they left a lot of scratches, which makes me wonder if they ever rinse their sponges properly. It was an extremely negative experience solely because they left visible scratches on my paintwork. Additionally, they use the same cloth to wipe the sills (after opening the doors) and then go on to wipe down the rest of the car—completely unprofessional. And for some reason, they keep leaning against the car while wearing hoodies with unzipped metal zippers, which is just asking for damage. Overall, a terrible experience due to a complete lack of professionalism. I definitely won’t be coming back.
