Queens Hand Car Wash

They keep changing the price and always leave streaks on the glass, the roof doesn't get cleaned properly, as wirh corners in windows. The management dint seem bothered.

Always super busy but they do a good job! Never have air freshners to give out tho 🙄 probably once in a blue moon.

Used to be brilliant. I go here every 3 weeks or so. Every time, I have to ask for the tyres to be cleaned again. Drying is below par. I always get the mini valet. Is always busy so I expect the wait. Frustrating when not entirely clean though. Inside is usually cleaned well. Sometimes have to ask for things to be wiped again. Some staff in the past have been rude saying “you want cheap but want perfect job”. To that I say, you set the prices, I pay for a service! Whether I pay £12 or 20, I expect a good quality service. It is your decision what you charge. They never seem to have air fresheners in stock, even though that is part of the mini valet package. Not seen the rude staff member in months, other staff are usually lovely.

The car was still dirty after “washing”. Plenty of residue of polish left around the body and windows. The inside vacuum was not the best. No tyre shine applied which should be included in £20 valet. Absolute waste of time (It took 30 mins!) and money. Will not come back as level if the service is disappointing.
