Terrible car wash used a few times just keeps getting worse each time, they don't bother cleaning door sills well never mind the door sills they don't bloody wash the car exterior properly. It's like you have to tell them how to do their job and one wouldn't or shouldn't have the need to get out the car to inspect it. You pay for a service so no matter big or small the service you pay for. Do it properly!
Their service has dipped slightly but great work overall.
DONT WASTE UR MONEY. If I could give this place a minus 5, I would. The customer service is atrocious. I went in today to get my car washed, and I have been there many times before. I believe it has changed ownership, and the people who own it now do a terrible job. I would not recommend this place for a car wash or valet service, as they do a very poor job. They didn’t clean the inside of my car or polish the trims, even though I specifically asked them to. The guy at the garage got really rude and wasn’t willing to listen. He claimed he had cleaned the car, but I could see dirt all over and that nothing had been wiped down inside. When I pointed this out, he insisted that it had been cleaned. I would say go to any other valet; please do not waste your money here. They are not worth it.
