Can for a valet, left with dust and dirt marks on all plastics, carpets still filthy, finger prints on windows and didn’t even do my boot. They just opened it and closed it

Warning please stay away The owners of this car wash use to come across very friendly, until the staff caused damaged to our car ripping the door handle off and damaged the clips which hold the parcel shelf. The reply I got was I run a million pound car wash, he said I don’t take responsibility for staff now pay me and get lost. I was shocked by the abusive way they treated me and caused damage to my car

Really aggressive use of jet washer took lacquer of my car. It wasn't even clean afterwards and had a lot of scratches from the clothes or sponges they were using

This used to be my go-to car wash for years, but the service has gone downhill while prices have gone up. I had a mini-valet done, but the car was still dirty in several spots. I had to ask them to clean the boot myself, and they didn’t even touch the dashboard - it was still covered in dust. The windows had streak marks, the body had dried water spots, and to top it off, one of my parking sensors fell off because they weren’t careful with the water pressure. Not the first time I’ve received such sub-standard service from here. Disappointing. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
