Excellent help, in particular the friendly gentleman who wears a hat and spectacles, he showed much kindness and is an asset to the local business and residential community. His assistant is also helpful and supportive for any queries one has regards services on offer at the office. Highly recommend this place and its services. Let’s get supporting local businesses such as this one, for all our associated needs, shipping services, printing and print copying works. Trustworthy and reliable as always, good on price too. Would visit again and recommend others.
Excellent service needed something collecting from Birmingham and delivering to Bradford before 10.30am. Driver came picked up the package and delivered with full tracking UPS. Will be using again really friendly Customer Service as well.

I had a very bad experience with your service. I been send some documents with UPC i was told i will receive the tracking number after 30 minutes . However, I did not receive anything. The next morning, I called to we ask what’s going on they said will send you now but again nothing happened . After that I tried calling multiple times (at least 6), and each time, the call was either ignored or disconnected. I even visited in person around 3 PM. I gave my details again and was told I would receive it before closing time. Still, I received nothing. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. No one seems to take responsibility, and I felt that staff were just saying “yes” to move me along without actually helping. It felt like no one cared about resolving my issue. I’m very disappointed with this experience and the way I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve your customer service
