I was recommended this dentist by my sister and chose to go private to save my upper back left tooth with a root canal, as my NHS dentist on Toller Lane was unwilling to carry out the treatment. My initial appointment was booked with Elysia, who did not clearly explain how long she had been qualified or her level of experience. She referred me to Morgan in Ilkley for the root canal treatment, which was successful and cost £800. Afterwards, I was told that Morgan would charge £800 for the crown, while Elysia’s price was £600, so I decided to have the crown done by Elysia. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a big mistake. The crown was not fitted properly and has left a noticeable gap where food constantly gets trapped, causing discomfort. I returned after the treatment and was told that the issue would resolve as long as I kept the area clean, but this has not been the case. I now struggle to eat on that side and the tooth has started to hurt. I have spent over £1,400, not including check-up and cleaning fees, and have been told that the crown would need to be redone at an additional cost of £600. I do not believe this is fair, as the issue is due to poor workmanship, not my actions. The crown should be corrected free of charge. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. My advice to others is to be very cautious about who you allow to carry out complex dental work. Patients should not have to pay again to fix mistakes that were not their fault.

I just wanted to thank Marwan. He’s always kind, patient & communicative whenever I’ve had an appointment with him. I find anything dental/medical a bit anxiety inducing so I really appreciate anyone who makes those experiences easier for me, intentionally or not, without patronising me or making a big deal out of it. So I just wanted to say thank you :)

I have a phobia of dentists and from walking through the door and walking out again - every single person is lovely. At one time, I wouldn't have made it through the door and I definitely wouldn't have had a hygienist appointment, as I always saw that as an unnecessary need. I can now do all of it and that is down to everybody in the surgery, making people feel at ease!

I cannot begin to express how brilliant this dental practice is. The receptionists are kind, compassionate and really make you feel like you matter, they're a real credit to the team. Rishiq the dentist and Charlee his assistant are absolute stars, they always go above and beyond for me and have a kind and caring approach to their treatment which makes me feel nothing but confidence leaving my care in their hands, top notch clinicians! Recommend to anyone!

Very polite and professional practice. Laura is a great hygienist and has made my teeth like new a fee times now, only for me to mess them up again..oops! Thank you
