During my previous consultation, I unfortunately felt overlooked and somewhat uncomfortable due to the interaction with both the dentist and the receptionist. However, my most recent experience has been very different and much more positive. When I contacted the surgery last week, Hashir handled my call with the utmost professionalism. He listened carefully to my concerns and, despite the surgery being close to closing time, arranged an urgent appointment for me, which I greatly appreciated. At the appointment itself, I was treated by Dr. Zahoor, who was excellent. I typically experience some anxiety with needles, but Dr. Zahoor was reassuring, gentle, and carried out the procedure with great skill. This level of care and professionalism has restored my confidence in the practice.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tereza Kovacova. She took great care of me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She is very professional, attentive, and thorough in her work. I really appreciate her friendly approach and the high quality of care she provides. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dentist!

I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience at this dental practice. I came in with a chipped bonding on one of my teeth that felt sharp and was catching on my tongue. Despite me clearly pointing it out, the dentist Ahmed Jawad initially dismissed my concerns and said there was nothing wrong. After insisting he take a proper look, he eventually acknowledged the chip and reluctantly agreed to fix it, but only after literally huffing, grunting out loud and making noises, and acting visibly annoyed. The bonding job he did was rushed and poorly finished. I told him multiple times that it still felt sharp and uncomfortable, but he dismissed my concerns, claiming he couldn’t feel anything, even though it was my mouth. He then told me to book another appointment because he had “other patients” waiting, which I understand, but his tone was rude and dismissive. As I left, I overheard him laughing with the next patient and referring to me as a “difficult patient,” which was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. Later that evening, I discovered he had accidentally cured bonding between two completely different teeth, making it impossible to floss between them. This caused even more discomfort and frustration. When I returned two days later, I made it clear I didn’t want him to continue treatment, only to remove the extra bonding between my teeth so I could floss again. He was still rude, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout the appointment. This experience left me upset and with more issues than I originally came in with. I felt completely unheard and disrespected as a patient. I would not recommend this dentist (Ahmed Jawad) to anyone looking for competent, respectful, and professional care.

I came into the clinic with extreme tooth pain and a very large abscess my cheek was badly swollen, and I was in so much discomfort. From the moment I arrived, Doctor Ania was incredibly lovely, kind, and patient with me. She made me feel so cared for and reassured throughout the whole treatment. Thanks to her skill and compassion, the pain that had been overwhelming me was completely gone by the time I left. I’m so grateful for the amazing care I received. Thank you again!

Whenever I come in for my dental appointments I am greeted very respectfully by the reception team Shahnaz and Hashim. My personal dentist at the moment which is Afsaneh and her nurse Mahnoor are absolutely brilliant as they explain everything that is going on and what is going to happen for the appointments to come I feel that they are very confident in their work that they go above and beyond. Being a business owner myself I am very pleased overall throughout my experience here at this dental practice.
