Only giving one star as the reception staff were so lovely and helpful when I called to book and whilst we were there. It was my baby's first ever dental experience and we saw Ahmer Imtiaz. I'm sure he is a very experienced dentist and it'd been a long day and maybe a stressful appointment before us but his conduct with the patient (a baby) wasn't very good at all. I don’t think he even acknowledged her until the end. Checked how many teeth she has by forcing his fingers into her mouth and she was very upset, even crying afterwards when she looked at him. Her temperament is usually very very calm and she rarely cries. At my eldest's dentist, they usually take the child's lead and rarely even check the mouth properly on the first couple of visits as they want children to get used to the dentist. When asked how often we need to come back, the dentist said 6 months to reduce child's fear of dentist, well she certainly wasn't scared before the experience today. My sister has had Yasmin for her kids and says that dentist is much more child friendly but unfortunately we didn't get her today. I would have preferred to give feedback on a private platform but the clinic only gave the option of written feedback handed into reception. I will be moving my daughter to another dentist so won't be going back there. Our understanding of anxiety regarding dentists has come such a long way and many newly qualified dentists focus on this a lot but today's experience highlighted that there's still lots of work to be done. The first few appointments with a baby should be to acclimatise them to dentists and the environment - it's not a tick box exercise to check how many teeth a baby has in a 3 minute appointment. Rant over.

Excellent service! From the moment you step in, the staff shows genuine care until you leave. The reception team is wonderful and always ready to assist, and our dentist Andrea is fantastic at making our children feel comfortable. He’s the best Dentist to take care of your teeth! Thank you.

I rang today my daughter in pain. With tooth said all appointments have gone .to ring before 10 am in morning Saturday it closed need to get date right now she in pain for weekend

The service from all the team involved, from the reception and dental staff to Andrei himself who made this happen. Giving me good advise on my options, with no pressure. I have just taken my 9year old child for an educational appointment in brushing and looking after their teeth. I was met with a lady called Harriet. I must say what an absolute lovely lady she is. No judgement, down to earth lady, who provided me which quite a lot of information to help me and my son keep his teeth healthy and clean. Thank you Harriet. I definitely recommend this appointment to anyone who is struggling or worried about the health of their child’s teeth.
