Been a Dental Patient for over 25 years. The service has been excellent a few cancelled appointments that was quickly rearranged with good notice. When the practice changed hands around 5-7 years ago I have seen the service improve in all areas. I am a private patient this review if based on my own experiences, from ringing up, communication via text as reminders, face to face with all the staff receptionists, the dentist (I get on really well with and based on mutual respect).

Having been a very nervous patient for many years, I decided to go to Omar and his lovely team on recommendations from various health professionals. I was very glad that I did. The complete process from initial contact, discussing and then receiving treatment, has been effortless. I have been put at ease at every step of my treatment. I cannot thank Omar and his amazing team enough for the kind, patient and caring attitude shown alongside the very professional treatment and aftercare I have received. Thank you all. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Awful staff on phone. Said they rang to cancel appointment and I did not receive a call from them at all. They also said had.cancellations but always have taken my daughter the dentist on the appointment made. Cut the call whilst on the phone without listening. It was unplasant staff on the phone. Could do with good telephone manners.

First came here in 2013 when I had countless issues with my teeth. Omar was honest and recommended the best course of action to rectify the issues. I’ve been going for regular check ups since the work was done and I’ve not had any issues with my teeth since. Very professional, honest and courteous. Would highly recommend.
