We've used Rayner for many years as a family dentist. Its red carpet treatment every time we visit. Christine always has time for a chat even though she is so busy. Tom and Umaima, the dentist treat us with respect and are very supportive. The other staff members are always kind. If any of us are in need an emergency appointment, the staff help to get us seen quickly. The new look to the surgery gives it an updated look and looks very professional. Mr and Mrs Raynor. I got my teeth cleaned by the hygienist in January and told her I would be getting composite bonding done the next day. It felt like a super aggressive appointment but I didn’t think much of it. The next day, the dentist asked me if I had my teeth cleaned as there were stains round the back. He had to then clean them again as he said they had only cleaned what was visible rather than doing a thorough job. I received a reminder email to rebook for my next cleaning and definitely won’t be back.

Fab experience with Christine , Sana and the hygienist Rubeha and her nurse Naila. I was very nervous and had heard how painful it is . Rubeha was fab and understood my needs and my nervousness, she as very gentle and have booked in again. Thank you 🤩
