really friendly and good for people who feel anxious about going to the dentist. everyone is great and make you feel calm if you’re someone who can get quite worried about going to the dentist. would highly recommend, the team are lovely.

Mixed experiences: Be cautious when considering treatment recommendations I've had varied experiences at this practice. While I'm satisfied with my current dentist, I had concerning experiences with a previous dentist that I believe others should be aware of. 1. I was recommended an expensive night guard for teeth grinding, despite minimal evidence of this issue and in a way that I believe plays on people's anxiety so they jump at solving the problem. The guard when delivered was so bulky, it was horrendous to use and alternative options were not discussed that I only discovered after. But to make this worse, when I received a second opinion it turns out I wasn't grinding my teeth at all. The treatment was not necessary. 2. During a wisdom tooth extraction, the dentist was very rough during the procedure, at one point they were stretching my jaw so wide it felt like it was at risk of breaking. At one point, their instrument slipped and crashed into my other teeth, very surprised this didn't cause damage. Overall, I experienced discomfort that went beyond what I'd get for a tooth extraction. It's very difficult to get these sort of businesses to take accountability, reviews like this feel like the only way. I did raise this with Taylored Dental but received the standard response of 'we're sorry you feel this way'. Overall, I would recommend being cautious when getting treatment recommendations that you actually need it. Edit: Changed to one star due to continued lack of the practice taking accountability or apologising.

Had a phobia about dentist and not been for a decade 🤣 Taylored made me feel at ease and made my 4 visits a breeze. Even an extraction. Wonderful caring staff. Thank you all at taylored dental care. Jim.

Best Dentist I have ever had - am very phobic of dentists in general & very nervous but Taylored Dental Care has helped me immensely with that. Very understanding & explain everything. And will pause during treatment if I get anxious. Thoroughly recommend!!
