Rehaan was very polite and made me feel comfortable straight away. He helped me book another follow-up appointment, explained the patches clearly, and took the time to show me how to use the AI telephone system. I really appreciated how helpful and patient he was, and it left me with a very positive impression of the practice.

I've been with Ashwell medical centre for a very long time. Each occasion I have found, Dr Rasul and Dr Hussain, giving fantastic service. It goes without saying likes of Tahira and other staff take after them. Recently I have been since twice by a young doctor, Dr Luqman. Honestly, i cant find words to praise the dedication, willingness and easy going doctor than Dr Luqman. He is assett to Ashwell and needs to be looked after before another surgery poaches him. Overall fantastic service by Ashwell team.

I had a really positive experience at the practice recently. I managed to get an appointment at short notice, and Dr Tazkia Abbas was kind and efficient — she listened, understood my concerns, and sorted out my issue quickly. The new facilities are lovely too — clean, modern, and welcoming. Thank you to the whole team.

Faz makes the process quick and comfortable, explaining everything clearly and putting you at ease throughout. Her caring nature and friendly attitude make a real difference, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. Faz is an absolute credit to the surgery and the wider NHS team.

Farzana has been super accommodating, she made me feel at ease as I was very nervous with my blood test. I cant thank Farzana enough for looking after me so well. Ive been a patient at Ashwell for a long time, I've always been looked after really well.
