This is meant to be 0 stars. My dad had a confirmed appointment for 17th December. Written proof. Text evidence received 7th november. The whole lot. Then, like some sort of a festive prank, he receives a text on 15th December at 8:10am followed by phone calls telling him he has an appointment that very day. We tried calling on 15th December to ask why his appointment had been randomly dragged two days earlier without notice. No answer. Apparently phones are decorative here. Today I rang to ask a very simple question: Why was he only informed ON THE DAY you decided to change it? The receptionist didn’t apologise, because why would you? instead hit me with the classic 'But we have the text on our system.' Congratulations on proving the point while completely missing it. She spoke over me, didn’t let me finish a sentence, showed zero accountability, and dismissive, as though WE were the inconvenience for questioning their own mess. No apology for the blunder. No acknowledgment. Just pure attitude. If this place were any more disorganised, appointments would be decided via Ouija board. This place seriously needs to employ people who are actually skilled in customer service. If you enjoy disorganisation, last-minute surprises, and staff who treat their own errors like your problem, this is the place for you. If not, avoid. This is not the first time we have had this level of service from here. Absolutely embarrassing.

Absolute joke of a Gp service. Receptionist act like bouncers for the gps . GPs ain’t got a clue what they doing. Diagnosed myself via ChatGPT and got treated abroad. After months waiting on these clowns. Even if you ring at 8am on the morning on the dot you stuck behind 7 ppl who apparently booked 2 weeks ago. Don’t get back to you with your blood tests, urine tests , stool tests. Lazy useless . Dk how they became doctors tbh. They take days to get you in and try get you out as fast possible . Dr Malik is never there . If you can change practise .. your best off doing it

Absolutely awful place they fob you off every chance they get and expect you to do everything through patches so they don't have to see you, it took me 2 weeks to get a sick note off them and then got attitude off the manager because I needed it so kept calling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had a very disappointing experience with the doctors at this clinic the receptionist needs sacking, laughing down the phone telling me to go get private treatment. The staff was unprofessional, and I felt like my concerns were completely ignored. I had to wait for over an hour past my appointment time after getting a appointment 2 weeks later, and when I was finally seen, the doctor seemed rushed and disinterested in listening to my symptoms. They barely explained the diagnosis or treatment plan, and I left feeling more confused than when I arrived. Communication was poor, and I felt like just another number rather than a patient who deserved attention and care. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

So my neighbour is an elderly lady who lives on her own with no family. she required an appointment to see a doctor as and went onto to the surgery, she was told to call up thr next morning which then she asked me to call up for her. I called up at 8am in the morning to book her an appointment, so they took all thr details down with what the problem was and said they will call her back or send her an message on her phone. So i was not given an appointment time. So she waited around till 11am and then she went back to the surgery just after 11 to find out what is happening and was told by the receptionist that her appointment was at 10am and she's missed it. Are these guys for real and is this how they treat their patients. This surgery is a disgrace and this shouldn't be happening with anyone. I think further actions should be taken by the patients.
