One of the worst surgery's I've ever stepped foot in. I'm going to change doctors as soon as the pandemic is done with. Phoned the surgery today to try get an appointment with a doctor but the receptionist wanted more info (which was embarrassing to say as I'm a male and it's an issue I didn't not want to discuss with a female receptionist!). I refused and said I'd rather speak with a doctor, the inevitable happens...she refused to help. Amazing to see what my tax and national insurance pays for. Absolutely disgusting and they should all be ashamed of themselves. My problem is now! Not 5 days or 2 days later when you see it fit to speak with the doctor and they find the time to ring me? Feel sorry for the patients that genuinely need a doctor and the surgery fobs them off.

This practice is probably THE WORST!! None of the doctors seem to know what they're doing. Last time I had an appointment with a female old lady doctor, I think it's Dr Azam herself. She didn't know what she was doing, she was talking to me in hindi and English eventhough I am not Indian!! Her English is poor and she keeps asking advice on what treatments and procedures to do from the nurse!! It's a disgrace. I am seriously thinking of changing my GPs asap. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
