I just wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the care we've received at this practice. This week, both my parents had appointments, and as always, I’m so pleased with how quickly I can get an appointment, it's almost guaranteed that I'll be seen when needed! Doctor's truly goes above and beyond to listen and understand my needs. I’ve been with this surgery for over 25 years, and I can’t express enough how much the team has helped my dad, especially when my dad was struggling with depression. Dr. Gilkar was so patient and compassionate, and I’ll always be thankful for the time and attention he gave my dad. He saved my dad! The lady in reception with the blond haired is very rude and concedending in the way she speaks to patients either over the phone or in person she has no empathy at all and should learn from Ian who is very helpful and always has a smile on her face. Patients come to the surgery because they are not well and when greeted and spoken to somebody like this lady is appealing. I hope this feedback will be provided for the lady concerned.. Thank you

Dr. Mohammed Habib was very understanding with my mum. He listened carefully to her problems and made sure he fully understood what she was going through. His kindness and attention made my mum feel comfortable and well cared for. We are very thankful for his support and professionalism.

Reception staff is absolutely awful and making accusations. Lovely surgery and I have been with you all my life but Charlie receptionist is making me think about leaving the surgery. I’m shocked people who work with her, not concerned about her way of talking or dealing with patients. Most of the are patients are non English speaking and she scares them with her bully behaviour.

Hi, I called earlier today to book an appointment for my dad. Unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was not very positive. When she answered the phone, she didn’t greet me or ask how she could help. She sounded half asleep and came across as quite unprofessional. I explained that the appointment didn’t need to be for today. We were happy to wait a few days. However, she responded quite rudely and repeatedly said "no" without explaining why. She then told me to call back tomorrow at 9am, which I found confusing since I wasn’t asking for a same day appointment. I’m really disappointed with how the call was handled. Compared to surgeries in Wakefield, where the staff are polite and helpful to be honest this experience felt frustrating and disrespectful.
