Doctors are great, as are the nurses. Yet to get an appointment over the phone. Have to turn up in person to make an appointment, then return later for the appointment. Agree with the above review? in that one or two of the receptionist are cold and/or badly mannered. Made to feel like you're a an inconvenience to them.
Very good except for the few of the receptionists who need some enhanced customer services skills. Doctors are very nice. Practitioner nurse is excellent. Overall very good.
Dr Rafaquat and the Nurse Practitioner are great shame that cannot be said about another doctor who is really stuck up and does not know what she is doing.
