Cannot ever get an appointment been trying to get 1 for 2 weeks solid and get told to call back tomorrow how can you run a GP surgery where it's a slogging match to get an appointment you evidently have too many patients I'd say this establishment is run more on greed than care

I'd give it 0 if I could 3 years of trying to speak to the Practice manger, rude receptionists that have a power trip, uneducated doctors who don't like you challenging them or bringing new treatments to them and if you have chronic pain run for the hills because they will not help you one bit they refuse second opinions and are a joke of a practice I will be moving gps today and I will be rasing this with the icb and qcq

Worst Experience Ever – Farrow Medical Centre This has been the most disgraceful experience I’ve ever had with a medical centre. They play with your emotions by telling you to call in the morning, yet every time you call, the line is busy and hangs up. When you try later in the day, they dismiss you and say “call in the morning.” It’s a never-ending circle that leaves vulnerable patients completely stranded. I’ve tried 12 times and still cannot book a simple GP appointment. The reception team shows zero empathy and treats patients with complete disregard. This system is pathetic, unprofessional, and harmful to people who actually need care. If this is not fixed immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this shady practice to the Health Minister. People’s health is not a game, and this constant harassment of vulnerable patients is unacceptable. Absolutely disgraceful.
