I wish there was zero starts for the reviews. Their parking has no line and markings and once i parked in the premises (there was ample spaces to park) a parking fine came on my car reg. Once i went to discuss this matter the reception staff was totally not considerate they were not in a mood to listen to the concern. Supremely disappointed with this place. Zero manners, zero consideration about anything.

worst gp ever!!! they can’t even speak to individuals properly telling them “their busy and call back in an hour” especially the receptionist it’s a flipping joke!!!!!… the medication they give don’t work they can’t treat people with respect.

Exceptional Care and Compassion I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding care and compassion provided by surgery. Last month, I visited the surgery after suffering a dog bite on my right hand, which had become infected. From the initial phone call to the treatment I received, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and dedication displayed by many staff members. The two ladies in the nurse room were absolute angels! They tended to my wound with utmost care, applied a bandage, and ensured I received follow-up treatments. Their expertise and gentle approach put me at ease, making a distressing experience far more manageable. Furthermore, my interactions with the reception staff, particularly the morning shift lady on September 17, 2024, at 9 am, were exceptional. Her polite demeanor, calm listening skills, and respectful communication exemplify the highest standards of customer service. I would also like to praise the exceptional care provided by Dr. Zaidi and Dr. Moona Nasir. They consistently demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a genuine interest in their patients' well-being. Their expertise and bedside manner are truly commendable. I must note that not all staff members provided the same level of service. Unfortunately, some phone interactions were disappointing, with staff members displaying poor listening skills and unprofessional communication. However, these instances were greatly overshadowed by the exceptional care provided by others. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their efforts. Grange medical is one of the best in Bradford. My dad is a patient here and he has always received the care and attention needed. I often interact with the centre as I am my father’s carer. My interaction with doctor, nurses and the receptionists has always been very professional, I can honestly say I have never been disappointed, they go above and beyond. Naheeda Suleman
