“I went in for my smear test today and unfortunately arrived 10 minutes late. I truly appreciate that they still accommodated me without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. The reception and clinical staff were kind, patient, and very understanding, which immediately put me at ease. Special thanks to Sobia, the nurse who assisted me, she was extremely helpful, professional, and compassionate. She explained each step clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the overall experience was far better than I expected. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this service to others.”

Been at this surgery for many years, always get an appointment when calling in the morning and always receive the best care from all staff. Special thanks to nurse Soobia, I was booked in with her today and she has been so lovely and eased all of my worries. Also a huge thank you to Dr Akbar who has the upmost care for all his patients, he has had several conversations with myself and my family regarding any concerns he has, advising us on next steps.

Since I have registered at this practice I have received an amazing level of care which exceeds its expectations. The admin and clinical staff are very helpful and supportive. Dr Razi is very experienced. Dr Akbar and the team are very supportive and provide an exceptional level of care to the patients. I would recommend this surgery to everyone.

Nurse soobia she gave 3 injections to my 1 year old baby. She was excellent in her interaction with ourselves n toddler,and before we knew it the injections had been given. Overall brilliant care ,and attitude n service.
