I will save the majority of my writing for the NHS senior member who I know well and will be emailing over the weekend. Very poorly trained receptionist(s) rude and abrupt to patients in general. Lack key fundamental customer service skills. Life Lesson...... Talking over patients does not control the conversation, it demonstrates a complete lack on competence and understanding.

Horrible practice. Too many new recruits out of medical school but know very little, I as a patient tell them what medication to prescribe only for them to turn round and tell me they are not authorised to prescribe any medication the doctor can only do that, but you are the doctor, no sorry, we are trainee's. So your just here to look pretty was more or less was the answer. Before we had proper qualified doctors and they were English now we have them coming over from the Indian sub continent. By wrapping a stethoscope round your neck does not make you a qualified doctor, anybody can play that game.

Really disappointed with receptionist behaviour. Getting appointment is very difficult. As you start calling on 8:15 automatically call disconnects upto 8:30. As your call connected at 8:30 they say all appointments has been allocated really rubbish no make any sense where all appointments gone when no call is going through. Very rude receptionist staff.
