The Ridge Medical Practice

Outdated decor. I can't comment on The Ridge as the issues are a company-wide problem, my review is about this branch in particular. Receptionists are your classic GP receptionists - arrogant, belittling and do not care. Expect your appointment to be late.

The woman at the reception that works there has nothing to do there !! She laughs people when they are sick and do not want to give them Appointment. everywhere is complaint about her , but she always working there !! NHS DO SOMETHING WITH THE WOMEN!!!!!!

Absolutely useless, been waiting 3 months to get help after a serious accident all I got told is to take some multivitamin when I’ve got neurological problems after a serious accident. Also almost impossible to get through to the clinic, the phone is always turned off. The only option is to wake up at 7am to access the online booking system which is annoying. Avoid

My 84 year old grandmother was fastracked to the hospital. They told me to call her Gp to arrange some bloods and antibiotics. Every time I call I’m in the que for over an hour! This is not acceptable. My gp has the same amount of patients and I’m never more than 10th in the que and get through in about 15 mins! They need to rethink their system because this is ridiculous They’re keen to push econsults but it always says temporarily unavailable so that’s useless

Absolutely shambles of a surgery!!! You wait in a cue when you call if you can actually get through as its constantly engaged for 1 hour only to be cut off when it's near your turn to speak to someone and I have been trying to book online for 4 working days now and it constantly says online appointments are unavailable until tomorrow morning....must be the worst surgery in Bradford it needs a complete overhaul and maybe Dr Khan should concentrate on his surgery rather than appearing on TV!!!!!
