Good parking easy access, clean friendly environment great staff

Excellent service from this surgery. All staff levels - Doctors/GP’s, Nurses, Mental Health Team, Receptionist’s have all provided good support. The practice is clean and and always up to date.

Rang surgery today as nurse that called my father today had prescribed sertraline as dad has started with anxiety and depression after losing my mam. Two hrs after dad took half a tablet he had very bad diarrhea the nurse had said to call her any problems . Rang reception to ask to speak to her got told call pharmacy who said you need to speak to them and a doctor so went too surgery who told me to call 111 who said you need too speak to your surgery why couldn't they put me through too a nurse who told me too call her any problems so at work not knowing if he has had any other problems as he is on other medication

Not very good practice at all. Always take my kids when ill and they seem to most of time diagnose over the phone and no medicine . Kids have been ill for weeks like surely there should be some care and attention. I have family members at other practice and they are always looked at professionally and always given medicine. I feel like in this practice. They want just diagnose over the phone and give no medicine. ( Isit a tight budget for you to prescribe) funny when I go doctors and give me medication because I pay for it . This practice needs a change of ownership

First time visit to the Rockwell & Worse clinic, absolute donkey of a receptionist asked me to wait a minute while she typed away on her keyboard and made phone calls for 15 minutes only to proceed and tell me that I need to be next door for our appointment. Due the lateness, it was marked as unattended and had to rebook the appointment.
