We had our circuit breaker tripping fuses on a Sat evening at 7pm . We had no electricity on plug sockets. Phoned Razak who attended promptly . Razak is very knowledgeable and after checking all circuits he found the issue . Razak kept us informed at all stages of his investigations. The issue was a faulty plug socket, which he replaced and everything was fine . Thanks to Razak . We would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Razak.

Razak attended an emergency incident of power outage at very short notice on a Saturday afternoon. He very quickly identified a possible cause of the outage, and as he estimated, it proved to be a faulty extension plug I’d recently purchased from Amazon. Once that was identified, he also checked the other sockets and the switchgear consumer unit, explaining what had gone wrong. He also heat tested the huge number of cables beside mu computer in my office to assure me that it was safe. He was very polite and his communication was excellent, a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company and Razak in particular.
