Bought a couple of apartments through Blackhorse back in 2021 and then rented out through them. Faisal was great help in buying the apartments and both Faisal and Zumurd have been managing them since then. Also added another property to the portfolio in 2024. The vendor went back on his word, but Faisal has found a solution for us to compensate. I wont say it's all been trouble free, but many or most of the issues have been due to Council negligence and tenant failures. However, as soon as we have raised the issues with Blackhorse they have taken the appropriate action. Rent is generally paid to us in time, once received from the tenant, and they have decent contractors to put things right when they go wrong. We had a full refurbishment of the last property added, through one of Blackhorse's contractors and he did a fab job for us. There are always times when things can go wrong, we don't live in a perfect world. The quality of the service provider/agent is realised when they make every effort to put things right. Ultimately a landlord seeks peace of mind by renting through an agent. If the agent doesn't meet that expectation then one can go elsewhere. We've been with Blackhorse for over 4 years now and hope to continue a long standing working relationship.
